How to Prepare Bushera With Milk (Millet Flour Porridge)

Ingredients

  • millet flour (bushera)
  • water
  • milk
  • sugar

STEPS TO FOLLOW – Our Local Method

  • put your millet flour into a clean saucepan
  • add cold water to your flour untill there are no (lumps )
  • place your saucepan on a lit charcoal stove
  • add hot water to the saucepan as stir little by little
  • keep stiring untill the porridge is ready
  • using a clean seeve add hot milk to your bushera porridge and then stir well
  • leave the porridge to boil for about two minutes then stir again
  • add sugar to the porridge and stir evenly
  • when the porridge is ready remove it from the charcoal stove and then serve
