  • Ground Nuts
  • cassava
  • salt
  • green onions

Steps to Follow – our Local method.

  • light a stove
  • place an empty saucepan
  • add gnuts
  • add salt
  • mix the gnutsand the salt
  • add boiled water and mix
  • add more water to make soup
  • peel the cassava
  • wash the cassava thoroughly
  • slice the cassava horizontally
  • cut the cassava into small pieces
  • wash the cassava pieces
  • put in a saucepan and
  • add water
  • add salt
  • cook for 30 minutes
  • mix the cassava and gnuts
  • stir and mix
  • add green onions
  • stir and mix
  • cover and cook for 5 minutes
