  • onions
  • cotmeal
  • royco
  • cooking oil
  • green paper
  • Onions

  • curry powder
  • African spices

STEPS TO FOLLOW – Our Local Method.

  • peel your irishpotatoes as you place them into the clean saucepan
  • wash your irish potatoes as you place them in a clean saucepan
  • place a clean saucepan on a stove
  • put cooking oil into the saucepan
  • put your irish potatoes into the saucepan with cooking oil and stir
  • add green paper to the saucepan and stir
  • add your chopped green paper to the saucepan and stir
  • add salt to the saucepan
  • add your chopped tomatoes to the saucepan and stir
  • add little water to the saucepan and stir
  • add ginger and garlic paste
  • add currypowder and african spices to the saucepan and stir
  • add little water to the saucepan
  • add grated carrots to the saucepan and stir
  • add your chopped cotmeal to the saucepan and stir
  • add water to the saucepan, and leave the irishpotatoes to boil for about 5 minutes
  • open and check if they are ready or not
  • add dissolved royco to the saucepan cover and boil till the food is ready then serve
