Ingredients

  • beans
  • maize flour
  • cooking oil
  • garden eggs
  • green paper
  • coatmeal paste
  • garlic paste
  • onions
  • tomatoes
  • salt
  • curry powder
  • vinegar

Steps to Follow – our Local method.

  • Light the charcoal stove
  • Wash the beans
  • Put them in a clean saucepan
  • add water and boil for 2 hours
  • as the beans get ready:
  • boil water for mingling the posho
  • when the water is ready:
  • put some in a asaucepan and add the maize flour
  • mingle till ready
  • put the posho in a fresh banana leaf
  • then put i anothe saucepan and cover
  • And cook for 30 minutes
  • When the beans are ready:
  • put a clean saucepan on fire
  • add cooking oil
  • add garden eggs and stir
  • add green paper and stir
  • add coatmeal and garlic paste
  • add onions and stir
  • add tomatoes
  • add salt
  • stir until the tomatoes are ready
  • add curry powder
  • separate the beans from the soup
  • mingle some of the beans to make them heavy
  • add them in the ready ingredients and stir
  • add the soup
  • add vinegar
  • let them boil until ready
  • when all is done:
  • serve and enjoy
