- add water and boil for 2 hours
- as the beans get ready:
- boil water for mingling the posho
- when the water is ready:
- put some in a asaucepan and add the maize flour
- mingle till ready
- put the posho in a fresh banana leaf
- then put i anothe saucepan and cover
- And cook for 30 minutes
- When the beans are ready:
- put a clean saucepan on fire
- add cooking oil
- add garden eggs and stir
- add green paper and stir
- add coatmeal and garlic paste
- add onions and stir
- add tomatoes
- add salt
- stir until the tomatoes are ready
- add curry powder
- separate the beans from the soup
- mingle some of the beans to make them heavy
- add them in the ready ingredients and stir
- add the soup
- add vinegar
- let them boil until ready
- when all is done:
- serve and enjoy
