Steps to Follow – our Local method.
- Place your dry peas on a clean tray
- sort your peas as you put the selected ones in a clean saucepan
- wash your dry peas twice as you put them in a clean saucepan
- add water to the saucepan with the cow peas
- place the saucepan on a lit charcoal stove
- get another clean saucepan
- place it on a lit charcoal stove
- add cooking oil to the saucepan an wait till its ready
- add chopped onions to the saucepan and stir for about two minutes
- add chopped french beans to the saucepan
- move the french beans and onions at one side of the saucepan
- add chopped green paper to the saucepan
- add chopped carrots to the saucepan and stir evenly
- add chopped tomatoes to the saucepan
- add salt to the saucepan
- when the tomatoes are ready stir evenly to mix all the ingredients in the saucepan
- add little water to the saucepan
- add curry powder to the mixture
- add African spices to the saucepan
- add ginger,garlic, and cot meal paste to the saucepan and stir evenly
- remove the soup from your already cooked peas
- add the peas to your fried ingredients and stir well
- cook for about 2-3minutes
- add some of the remaining soup into the boiling peas
- add your dissolved royco to your boiling sauce and stir well
- cover and boil for 3-5 minutes and sauce is ready then serve
